Non-Disclosure Agreement

Overview:

This document is solely between the T.E.A. House hosts and the guests of T.E.A. House. No other parties, outside of those aforementioned, have any legal rights under this agreement. Failure to follow the guidelines outlined below by any party involved may result in legal action.

All guests must read and agree to the NDA regulations listed below before attending this event.

By verbally stating, “NDA, I agree,” directly to the hosts upon initial arrival to the event and prior to physically entering the active environment, you agree to the following:

• You will not disclose any personal or intrinsic details, information, or names of any guests involved in today’s event.

• You will fully abide by the strictly enforced regulation of no mobile, visual, or audio recording devices being allowed, as set forth by the event host.

Note: The only exception to this rule is the use of a single mobile electronic device by the host, and only when absolutely necessary for specific applications required for entertainment or operations, such as music playback or mood lighting control.

Note: If you absolutely need to use your mobile device for emergency purposes, you are required to do so fully away from any active event environment and away from other attendees.

• Any guest retains the right to pursue legal action in a court of law should it be rightfully determined that any portion of this non-disclosure agreement has been violated.
